Crispy Onion Chicken

Very simple recipe! Roll your boneless skinless chicken breasts in beaten eggs, then roll in the mashed up french fried onions and bake on 375 f until no longer pink in the middle (about an hour)...I made steamed rice and veggies with baked cinnamon apples in this meal and it turned out great! The chicken was juicy. It was definately a different taste from other recipes I have tried.
